I'm starting in the wonderful world of OctoberCMS and I come with my first doubts as newbie. I come from PyroCMS and there I save the general settings in an internal CMS table (Core Table) named settings, what is the best way to handle this here in October? Let's say I'm developing a plugin that will consume WebServices (WS) through an IP or NS direction or whatever but this can vary and so I should give the possibility to change it easily without having to go to the plugin source code or put a clients in hard work, then what is the best way to do this?
