have:

need:

{{ editable('somefile') }}

i created twig extension:

public function registerMarkupTags(){
    return [
        'functions' => [
            'editable' => function($file){
                // how return component {% component 'editable' file='somefile.htm' %} ?
            }
        ]
    ];
}
