Hi, I have created a theme and published it on marketplace. When install it to a project, it creates lzaplata-bootstrap-5-sass folder with theme and empty lzaplata-bootstrap-5-sass-child folder. Theme lock file (.themelock) is automatically created. Why this happens, I don't want it? It doesn't happens with other themes from marketplace.
This is because the theme can possibly get updated via composer and overwrite your changes. So you can use the child theme to override specific templates and assets.
If you don't want it, simply duplicate it -- take a copy of the lzaplata-bootstrap-5-sass folder and delete the .themelock file from it. This way composer will not touch your duplication and the changes are safe.
Hope this makes sense
