I have searched the Docs, Code, Forum Posts and Google, but cannot find any information explaining how to do this.

Surely there must be a YAML file for this or something.

I simply want to be able to control which buttons (e.g. bold, underline etc) appear within the WYSIWYG editor when creating or editing a Static Page.
