Hi, i have one question: it is possible to change language in backend using URL?

/ backend/fr/..... / backend/en/.....

or something else - set language to administrator account?

admin1 - EN admin2 - FR

I don't think so - language is set on the settings page as a user preference. You could extend the backend users to assign the language at user creation.
