when i press the terms link it just brings me to the index.php file but in the adress bar i clearly see .com/terms

what do i do wrong?

Can you show us the contents of terms.htm so that we can see the settings. The url should be set to "/terms" for example.

So if you create a new page unrelated to /terms does that work ok?

Nope, but /error and /404 does not work either. They all bring me back to index.

Although http://.com/themes/jacoweb-agency/pages/terms.htm works perfectly fine and it outputs the following:

Topic can be closed. I just re-activated demo theme and it works as it should.

Jacob agency is a faulty theme for me.
