On a fresh install of laravel from composer (dev-master), I do not see the demo plugin listed in the backend. Creating a new plugin using 

artisan create:plugin JasonSwint:TestPlugin

yields no result in backend plugins, either. After performing a 

artisan plugin:refresh JasonSwint:TestPlugin

I can see the plugin listed in the backend, but it says that the files have been removed, even though they are clearly in the plugin directory.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? This is on a Homestead development environment, if it matters.
