Hi to all! Is my first day here, and my first October installation. I have no knowledge of PHP, though I've build so much Wordpress sites. I'm working on MacOS system. I use MAMP Pro with a nginx server (didn't work with Apache). I've made a Wizard Installation of October. It all worked as chimes. So easy. I wanted to start my learning of October with the simple "Clean Blog".

At the time of accessing to the dashboard, I received a 404 not found - Nginx 1.13.2 message on a white background. That means neither the page nor the theme and its stylesheets are connected, I presume...

What did I miss to install or to setup? I figure out the problem comes form MAMP Pro...

OK, SOLVED by myself!

The error was caused by the AllowOverride option on Apache tab inside MAMP Pro.

If "AllowOverride All" option (on the Apache tab) is activated, you must deactivate it as "None", so you can access to the installer. Later, once everything is installed, you must re-activate it as "All". Then you will have access to the Backend.
