I am attempting to get Campaign Manager's signup form working for me on nginx and ubuntu 16.04, at https://gregghoush.com

Right now I have the plugin installed, and it seems great. But I can't get the signup form to work. I used the code in the example to build my form, with some minor changes for my theme.

What happens right now is this: When a visitor puts in their information and hits the button to subscribe the page reloads with their information as parameters. So the URL looks like this in the address bar:

https://gregghoush.com/?first_name=Testing&last_name=Tester&email=testemail%40gmail.com#

At that point the user is just back at my home page, and their informaiton is not in the list of subscribers.

Maybe I should include {% framework extras %} like the documentation says :)
