Hi there

[EDIT: removed initial text. The problem solved itself somehow.]

Question: Is there a possibility to enable/disable the binding to a project when installing via console?

Question2: How does the binding work? Because a fresh installation of OctoberCMS on my local webserver was already bound to the project. Does it do that by binding to the user IP? That would mean that one can only have one project per IP address...
