Hi all - I've been going round in circles for the last 2 weeks and I'm completely stuck with a (maybe very simple) thing.

I'm using the file uploader to upload multiple files at the same time. What I'm trying to achieve is:

1. Showing these files in a list
2. Showing a number of fields next to the filename: Category, user ID, document creation date (not file date), etc.
3. Have the ability to hit the button in a row (not a problem) to save the document and corresponding information to the database (big problem)

Can anyone tell me if this is actually possible using the standard List and Form Controllers or Widgets in October or do I need to write things from scratch?

Any help with pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated!
