Charis, Hi.

The component localePicker doesn't work. Handler 'onSwitchLocale' was not found. In the latest version of Translate Plugin this component replaced by sitePicker. https://github.com/rainlab/translate-plugin/blob/master/UPGRADE.md

This is a reason why switch languages doesn't work in the template. Could you help to resolve this issue?
