A free Flat user interface theme based on Flat UI by designmodo (free version) for OctoberCMS. The theme is made on the basis of Twitter Bootstrap in a stunning flat-style and the original kit includes a PSD version for designers.
This is a non functional theme and therefore has no dependencies on other plugins. It includes various sample pages including:

in the nav partial there is command {# Note: Only one levels of sublinks are supported by Bootstrap 3 #}
