Automatically attaches October CMS project to our installation
Convenient for use when more than one developer works on a project, since after attaching the project, you can immediately install the necessary third-party plug-ins.
It is also convenient to use for those who prefer to install the project using git, rather than via the October CMS installer.
Add project-id key to your config/cms.php file and use your October CMS project identifier as a value.
