OK, I've whipped one up for the most part.
In _wysiwyg.htm
set your constructor to this:
$( '[data-control="wysiwyg"] textarea' ).ckeditor({
skin: 'october'
});
Then download my october skin and extract it to your skins directory so you have a /skins/october folder.
It's still got quite few rough edges - especially in modals but it's alot nicer than the default moono theme.
