Hello I have edited the /plugins/shahiemseymor/ckeditor/formwidgets/wysiwyg/assets/ckeditoreditor.js file to enable a new plugin (following instructions on CKeditor.com website).

Whatever changes I make are not showing in the october backend. Is there a way to refresh the backend or plugin without using artisan?

You might need to refresh your browser cache, and the October cache. I've found this usually works.
