Minor tweak for 'Documentation' needs to be changed.

Setting up Bluemix NLU API

1. Create an IBM Watson Bluemix account at https://console.bluemix.net (No longer need to add credit card) but will only need to once you have surpassed 30k API Calls in a single month.
2. Login at https://console.bluemix.net and this should take you to the dashboard automatically.
3. Choose 'Create resource'.
4. Search for 'Natural Language Understanding' and select the api.
5. On the next page check the settings and press 'Create'.
6. On the next page choose 'Service Credentials' on the left menu and then 'New Credential'.
7. Once the new credentials appears, simply choose 'Actions' -> 'View Credentials' and it should expand.
8. Copy the 'Username' and 'Password' back in the ProBlog settings page and input them 'API Settings tab'. 'Bluemix NLP Username' and 'Bluemix NLP Password' then save.
