← Back to Back To Front Support
Yes, there were problems after the last update on the test server (for the plugin to work correctly, it requires replacing 3 CMS files, because they contain either obvious errors or limitations). Github? The link to the repository is erroneous, because the plugin is commercial and does not have github repositories (including private ones)
Thanks, but this demo site is not very demonstrative of the possibilities...
Could you add something like the tutos of Watch & Learn ?
Thanks
It’s hard for me to add something else to the description of the plugin, because the plugin does not require specific settings after installation (except that replacing the 3 above files by turning on the switch in the plugin settings to support the functionality of specific widgets: Relation, Filter, Search), therefore it is operational immediately after installation. According to the ideology of CMS, the plugin uses the configuration mechanism defined in the widget alias controller (in addition to config the widget list & form, more precisely, the widget alias, the component has the ability to override the standard display by placing the corresponding modified widget .htm files in the subfolder of the components/ backtofront/aliasName). This means that you just need to familiarize yourself with the information on configuring backend widgets, lists and forms (https://octobercms.com/docs/backend/widgets#generic-widgets, https://octobercms.com/docs/backend/lists, https://octobercms.com/docs/backend/forms).
An example of the source code is in the test plugin that comes with this plugin. Some additional extended description is unlikely to ever appear (there is simply neither time nor desire to engage in a waste of time, look at the popularity of the plugin and everything will become clear - profit does not justify the time spent even on its basic description, not to mention write the code...).

The demo site doesn't work (https://backtofront.test.linkonoid.com/useraccount).
Thanks for the information! Unfortunately, now there is no time to deal with the problem in detail, so I just restored the original test DB.
