I've noticed that the support forum hasn't had much activity recently so I'm just wondering if this community is still active?

My reason for asking is that I have a strange issue whereby the form works fine when sending a test email from the backend but I can't get it to work as intended on the frontend, it just reloads the page and puts all the form data into the URL which suggest the Ajax isn't being triggered correctly but there are no errors (or success) messages being displayed.
