Hello, I bought your plugin, but I'm not able to show the Instagram feed. I went through the settings and plugin shows me that:

Step 1: Login to your profile - performed Step 2: Get access keys - performed, valid until 25 July 2021 Step 3: Check! Getting the latest post from Instagram - performed

All green. But Instagram feed on the websites is not visible. So I tried to perform "Renew key access" but it writes an error log:

ErrorException: Trying to get property 'access_token' of non-object in /web/plugins/artdark/instagram/classes/Api.php:138

So I tried to call manually https://graph.instagram.com/refresh_access_token?grant_type=ig_refresh_token&access_token=IGQ... but it returns me a plain text with this string: Sorry, this content isn't available right now.

Any idea? The account is correctly added as Tester Account and inside the Instagram website, I have also authorized this application. Is there any special setting I have to allow, or some permission?

Don't click save after Step 3!

Why? What is the core of the problem? Is there some way how to fix it in the database or reset the cache? I don't have access to that Instagram account (my client went through the setup). Am I able to fix it somehow?

I have all fields filled (Client ID, Client Secret, Code, User Id, Short Token, Long Token).

If all the fields are specified in the plugin settings, and the domain matches the instagram specified when creating the application, then everything should work. I also released an update that is relevant for the owners of october v2
