Hello, I configured all of the settings correctly and had it working at the beginning of the year. The Instagram feed component on the frontend worked OK. Over time, the client did not update the key. It stills says "The key is valid until 11 April 2021" on the dashboard.
I have recently upgraded the website to version 2 of October and have updated all plugins used. I have now tried updating the key from the dashboard and from the plugin settings page, but these have not worked. The refresh on the dashboard presents a message "Update key complete", but the 11 April 2021 date remains. The renew key access on the plugin settings page presents a message "This is not possible for a closed account" and no update occurs. The Instagram account is not closed.
I have tried refreshing the plugin and tried the above again, without success. So I decided I should just start again. However, when I select 'Reset to Default' button on plugin settings page nothing occurs.
I can not get the plugin to work with the settings that worked previously and I can not reset the plugin to start again. Do you have any ideas on how I can fix this?

1) if you or the client missed the key renewal date, then you need to configure everything from the beginning 2) parameter reset works

Thanks for your reply. What is 'parameter reset'?
The red button "Reset to Default" on the 'Fast Start' backend page and the red button "Reset to Default" on the 'Advanced settings' backend page do not reset the settings for the Instagram plugin. These pages simply refresh to show the existing information that was set up previously.
Running "php artisan plugin:refresh ArtDark.Instagram" appears to refresh the plugin (all revisions are listed on the screen), but does not clear or reset the settings for the plugin.
I've looked in the database, to reset records that way, but I can not find a table or record with the plugin settings.
So, how is it possible to reset and re-configure the plugin from the beginning?
should drop all settings after the button, you should refresh the page and the fields should refresh. Also check that you have the latest October build. If this does not help, then you can manually clear all saved settings in the system_settings table
Thanks again. The button still did not work to reset the settings. However, deleting the settings from the system_settings table worked. After another three attempts to get Facebook/Instagram to set up a new app that works, it is now working. Thanks.
