I want to enable backend users to either drag the map and set a location by clicking or directly modifying the coordinates textbox. Is it possible to have this widget update the textbox automatically?

I already tried setting the 'dependsOn' attribute in the yaml file but that did not seem to have any effect.

The plugin is not capable of doing what you are needing.
