Wanted to remove plugin because my "Go To Top" button (Clear Theme) doesn't work anymore when this plugin is used !!!

The site is in the building stage on my MAMP development environment. I noticed that the table in the database was not removed and the plugin stays mentioned in the listing of all used plugins.

You need to delete the database table ajaylulia_ocookie_configuration to fix this issue. We would release a patch to fix this issue asap.

Yes .. I already did delete that table ... but the plugin is still listed.
