Hello, It would be nice to have these features:

• reorder the fields
• conditional fields: show a field only if another checkbox/select field is selected
• upload field
• localize date field format
• checkbox with label and value options (actually the options = both, quite dirty for privacy checkbox for example)

is something already on the to do list?

• 3 & 5 are coming soon.
• 1 will have to come soon as it's a fairly important feature.
• 2 & 4 will come afterwards.
