IpBlocker allows to block users by IP. You can define specific IP address which should be block or define range of IP addresses. While defining address to block beyond the IP you can define reason as a information why you blocked the address for your or other backed user information. You can also define message which blocked user will see.
There is predefined "Default" blockde view which allow to instantly start blocking IP. Important note is that after deleting IP or range from list of blocked addresses it can take up to 1 minute to unblock IP. It is caused by storing some infromation about blocked user in cookies to prevent spammers overloading the database.
