Apologize about the confusion. Your Pushbullet Client's Redirect URL is your domain with /piercetech_pushbulleteer/redirect appended to it.

For example, my website is http://tiny.aimlesscreations.com. So my Pushbullet Client's Redirect URL value is http://tiny.aimlesscreations.com/piercetech_pushbulleteer/redirect. I hope that clears things up!
