The user can't see Catalog pages in his CMS, even if the rights are given to him in ADMINISTRATORS > EDIT ADMINISTRATOR > Misc section from SuperAdmin.

If you have configured your OctoberCMS install with the bleeding edges updates, you will find the last update (1.2.1), that fixes the permissions.
