At the moment it seems users with just 'Rainlab\Blog' permissions are able to go to settings and:

  • Enable/Disable CMS > Maintenance mode
  • See the lsit option for CMS -> Front-end theme
  • Customise the System > Backend
  • Change Rainlab\user settings
  • Change Rainlab\user locations
  • Change Rainlab\google analytic settings
