At this moment the support section is a mess.

Questions are unclear, answers are even more cryptic and general. It would be a bonus if people had guidelines how to post.

I'm a big fan of the Q&A format of stackoverflow. When people want support let them post their code in a formatted way, and people who answer should post their answers in code too or a good manual style answer.

So if future people need an answer they can follow the steps outlined and this forum becomes usefull for developpers.

And otherwise i'd suggest moving the bot to monitor the octobercms tag on stackoverflow and actively suggesting users with a coding question to post it on stackoverflow.
