My project was built by other framewrok, and want to change to laravel5 or OctoberCMS. I have evaluated some days. The project is price compare system like pricegrabber.com, not cms only. It have lot business logic code.

Q1, If use octobercms, part of tool code can make as plugin, but howto develop a lot of business logic layer, what about do it like cms modules? Maybe like this question:http://octobercms.com/forum/post/custom-frontend-controllers

Q2, Plugins or themes can update at the backend, howto manage code in git/svn?

Q3, Which function laravel5 have, but october cms miss?

Q4, What different between page or blog? If project have the content module users can publish, use which one? I cannot find the database table for page?

Q5, I have tried october and found, frontend themes couldn't support all the plugins, even pages or blog. Blog plugin has its own template, why cannot use at frontend when use demo theme?

Q6, Laravel 5.1 will the LTS version, will the october support upgrade laravel version?
