I want to severely restrict what certain backend users are able to do. If I create a group which only grants permissions to plugins (listed in the Misc tab) (not system, not cms) then I get an Access Denied. Seems that I need to grant permission to at least one system or cms function (dashboard for example) not to get Access Denied. Shouldn't the system function same way wether a CMS, System or plugin permission is granted ?
