Hello. I absolutely love October and am thrilled to find out, two years later after using it on a client site, that the community has grown enormously!

I'm trying to create an online intranet for a multi-department corporation. I need the ability to each department to edit their particular pages, and the ability to restrict viewing certain pages to certain users.

To do this the Static pages module seems great on the editing part (for the restricting part I think the Passage Permission and Roles System module does that, using front-end users). The problem is that I can't get the editing restrictions that I want.

I suppose I could setup a front end WYSIWYG editor, but then I would lose the ability for users to create their own index pages.

Any suggestions? Is there a way to adapt the Static Pages modules to do what I'm thinking? Maybe another tool / approach?

Many thanks,

Matt
