I have a serious problem that occurred to me after my web host changed some permission settings.
As far as I know most of my folders were 0755 and files 0644 this was also set in october for new files during installation. Now the httpdocs directory in root, inside it were mostly directories owned by apache and belonging to group apache. The web host changed all of these to my username and the group psacln. I looked at the domain log and it said it had trouble writing to storage directory and also: "httpdocs/themes or its subdirectories is not writable for PHP. Please set corresponding permissions for the webserver on this directory." appears on the dashboard now. I used filezilla to chmod all the directories to 0755 and files 0644 but now everything is really messed up. Is there any hope in fixing this mess? would really appreciate it if some knowledgeable admin would help me out, Thanks!
