This is a feature request for octobercms.com, not the CMS.
I think it would be really useful to create a searchable knowledgebase of frequently asked questions or frequently faced problems and their solutions. The users of the website could describe the problem they faced in the question and the steps they took to resolve it for the answer. Results could be ranked by relevance first and then by votes to find the optimal answer near the top of the results. It would work differently than the forum because each question would already have an answer and it could serve as a quick reference for people starting out or for problems that have a simple but hard to find solution.
