I have many problems trying to install or update octoberCMS from local server. I haven't response from server api. First I thought that the problem was on my Ubuntu. But I started to make traces route from other computers and all give the same result. For some reason, from Uruguay (where I live) and Argentina (just for tests) the traceroute stop in router3-fmt.linode.com.

I don't know why from pingdom.com the last route is router4-fmt.linode.com and from others is router3-fmt.linode.com.
