  3. Non-latin backend url bug + missing font glyphs for non-latin name

During installation if a non-latin (I've tried Cyrillic) url is entered for the back-end, it will provide a 404 not found error. Also, the application's default font (Lato @ Google Fonts) does not contain non-latin characters, which is a major issue for both international users and international developers.
