How would I go about creating a plugin to achieve this? So far I made a plugin using a list of images and text that I filter out in the htm file but it isn't really what I want. Ideally the single form plugin will be as fool proof as possible for a tech illiterate client. It needs to be more intuitive than a list of images and text from a database
