Hi,

I am building a plugin where i have a model that represent lets say tournaments over all the years. I created a tournaments table and a tournamenteditions table. The tournament table consists of an id and the year it was first organized. The name is in the tournamentseditions table, because it can change over years.

Now i am wondering wat is the best way to construct a create form in october CMS. preferably with builder. I would like that i can add an edition and in that form select the previous edition of this tournament and that on the background the tournament_is is added in tournamentedition. On the other hand it should be possible to add a first edition so that a new tournament is created and that id is used on the background.

How can i achieve this. Or is it better to use an other model structure for this?
