It was the only update and there was an error message. Afterwards no Dashboard, no setup menu, just few plugins. Horrible. The system update is not reachable. Does anyone knows how to restore it without using the backend? Frontend is untouched by it, even Theme Preview works.

Found the problem. The update added a "is_superuser" field in backend_users table and filled it with 0. When I changed it to 1 it went back to normal. I believe firmly that this is a new table field because I don't remember it being there before.
