I am running install.php and I am using sqlite as the database. I picked Octaskin as the template. The last step failed with the following error message:

Unpacking application files

Progress failed Something went wrong during the installation. Please check the log file or see the documentation for more information. Try again

It was working for me several days ago... Could you please take a look?
