I trying to install OctoberCMS. Firstly my installation stoped at "Building configuration files" I changed PHP version to 5.4.13 and I have the same problem. I tried a lot of things.

Now i install october on XAMPP on windows (php 5.5.10 and JSON) and I have "Create admin account" :

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 7 Error on rename of '.\anime24#sql-13fc_79.frm' to '.\anime24\deferred_bindings.frm' (Errcode: 13 - Permission denied) (SQL: alter table deferred_bindings add index deferred_bindings_master_type_index(master_type))

I sit on this all day, and I have no idea what should I doing now. I like to check this CMS very much. Anyone can help me ?

(Errcode: 13 - Permission denied) Have you confirmed that the database user account details you gave October during the setup have all privilages on the database you asked it to use? If not, sounds like your server / MySQL might not be setup correctly.

As an aside, if you're using XAMPP for testing, you might also want to look into Uniform Server. It's a lot more lightweight, faster to configure, and I haven't encountered any problems while using it with October.
