I dont know if this is possible because the documentation says component and pages but i am trying to use some javascript files in a partial, injecting it in the partial's onStart function like so

$this->addJs('/themes/rusty-rustybootstrap4blank/assets/js/payments/payment-verification.js');
$this->addJs('/themes/rusty-rustybootstrap4blank/assets/js/payments/payment-settlement.js');

but it does not work.
