I have a page called outgoing that is generated from a component. The goal of this page is to redirect all users to an outgoing url (specified by the url parameters). How can I add a meta tag such as the following to only pages that have this component (I do not want it to apply to any other pages):

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="2;URL={{ URL }}">
