I've just installed october afresh on my Windows PC running ISS. All works well except that file uploads fail. It seems to be all file types but its odd that I can create folders and find them under /storage/app\media/. I've double checked file permissions and they seem fine as the folder creation also seems to proove.

I'm not getting any errors in my php log file or the October error logs so not sure how to troubleshoot this further... maybe increased verbosity of October logs, is that possible ?

Any ideas please let me know

I faced a similar issue and it simply turned out to be PHP blocking file uploads larger than 2MB. I believe thats the PHP default. You might want to start there to resolve this. You will find this in your php.ini.

Thanks for the suggestion but my php config is setup at a much higher custom value and the test images I'm using are tiny, 50kb or so.
