Getting an error when accessing the media manager. Worked yesterday, haven't made any changes. Just stopped working.

Error: File not found at path: media/Icon /vendor/league/flysystem/src/Filesystem.php line 381

Hi, did you manage to solve this issue? I am storing my images on S3 and I am facing the same issue in which the media manager is not accessible when I either set the S3 bucket folder permission to be not public or when I manually removed the file from S3. Thanks
