I have written a custom plugin for my project which has views which I want to display as pages. I want these pages to inherit the same layout all other cms pages inherit.

I have a controller in my plugin where I return the view: return view('alex.plugin::viewname');

Is it possible for my alex/plugin/views/viewname.htm to extend an october cms layout?
