Hey guys,

I'm new to OctoberCMS and want to learn how to use it.

But I've never seen anything like this. When I save a page, I get a modal window popup with loads of random HTML in it:

Anyone know why this is happening?

Try updating to the latest build and see if the error still occurs.

I am running the latest stable version of OctoberCMS.

The only difference updating is done has made the modal with all the HTML in it scrollable...

Most of the time this means you have an error in your table or model.

Yes - now scroll down and take another screenshot so we can see the error message.

I have the same problem. I did a fresh install. I already have WordPress on the server so I installed OctoberCMS to the subdirectory /public_html/october and edited the RewriteBase / line to RewriteBase /october in the .htaccess file. I did the basic install. Also, the front end works fine.

I just found the solution to my problem from a much earlier forum post. You have to disable mod_security.
