I had someone else have this problem just the other day. I actually think it's a problem with your Instagram credentials. I googled the error message and other people have the same problem in other apps. This link might help you resolve it:

!!! Found it! The link for the access token is this: https://www.instagram.com/oauth/authorize/?client_id=CLIENTID&redirect_uri=http://localhost&response_type=token&scope=SCOPE

Change CLIENTID for your client_id and Change SCOPE to the one you want from these: https://www.instagram.com/developer/authorization/
