Hi! I have a news portal but i'm trying to make it usefull for those who have a disability.

I'm focusing on those who have low vision or blind. I'm looking for documentation, guides or plugins on which I can use in my portal. For example, a plugin to make my portal with "high contrast", screen readers, etc.

Can you give me some information on this matter? Thanks!
