I have set october to use the .html extension instead of htm, but october cms does not graciously fall back even though .htm is second in the array for extensions.

This means I have to resort manually renaming plugin default.htm to default.html... this shouldn't be neccesary.

I would like it if a gracious fallback would happen and an error message outputted why the thing doesn't render if you change default extension.

Also put the default extension option in a more logical place like configuration.
